Step Two: The Meeting
We prefer to meet you in our studio, where we have the capability to treat you to samples of our delicious menu selections and demonstrate different place setting possibilities for your special event. The discussion is relaxed and informal. We want to show you what we can do, but not before we hear what your needs are first.
Step Three: The Contract
Once we have explored the different options, described and created an event that is unique to you, now the time comes to make a committment. The signing of a contract establishes the obligations of Simcha Kosher Catering to you, and your compensation to us for the services rendered. It is industry standard practice to sign a contract before engaging your event planner. It protects you, and protects us, and gives all parties involved a sense of security and realistic expectations.
Step Four: The Walkthrough
Your event is right around the corner. What cofidence do you have that all will unfold as we have discussed. The flowers, the band, the food, etc. How can you be sure that the orchestration is to your liking. This is the purpose of the Walkthrough. Together with Lowell Michelson, you will literally and figureatively move moment by moment through your event, in the venue in which it wil take place, fine tuning and changing anything not to your liking. We are here for you, and want your event to give you the greatest sense of joy and satisfaction possible. The walkthrough is a necessary step towards realizing your dreams.
Step Five: The Event
